wined3d: fix empty driver description string

Hi,

this fixes Roderick Colenbrander's post 1.1.19 commit. All GFX HW not listed in the internal table, i.e. all but nVidia and ATI, would present an empty string instead of the old "Direct3D HAL" generic in driver selection menus.

Patch against wine-1.1.25
