[mshtml/tests 3/4] Correct another test

Hi,

Again found while checking why this one failed on Win98.

We were actually checking whether V_BSTR(&v) was not equal to NULL which
I don't think was the intent. This of course always succeeded except on
Win98 were if failed because lstrcmpW is not implemented.
