PATCH - enhance the help message in expand

The recent patches for the ExtractFiles function has reminded me that
the dependency on cabextract in winetricks and therefore bordeaux and
others really bothers me so I want to enhance expand to support
extracting multiple or all files from a cabinet. If time permits I am
going to try to hack this out but for now, I've enhanced the help
message to better explain how expand currently works, make the output
more windows-like and note what functionality is missing.
