[riched32/tests] Fix test failures on Win9x, WinMe and NT4

Hi,

This fixes the test failures on most mentioned platforms.

The remaining ones are on boxes with a higher dpi setting and on some
Vista/W2K8 boxes.

(After this one only 2 tests fail on my NT4 box!!)
