[fusion/tests] Fix some test failures on Win98

Hi,

Enumeration behaves a bit different on Win98. On Win98 the assemblies will be
enumerated in the order they have been created on the filesystem and on the
other platforms in dictionary order.

I didn't opt for marking Win98 as broken() as enumeration means we should get
all possible candidates. As there is a difference on the platforms both
enumerations should be acceptable.
