Implement gdiplus.dll.GdipSetPathGradientPresetBlend

While opening the "actions" panel or "test the animation" in Flash CS3
wine crash with:
unimplemented function gdiplus.dll.GdipSetPathGradientPresetBlend
This is an "unimplemented" implementation based on existing gdiplus
GdipSetPathGradientBlend.
