gdi32: fetch child fonts by real parent font name

Resending this patch, after confirming behaviour is correct.

A Windows application that attempts to render using MS Shell Dlg
(eg utorrent 1.8 or later) reacts to FontLinks/SystemLinks for the
font that MS Shell Dlg is substituted to by FontSubstitutes (eg. Tahoma
under US English), and not to entries for MS Shell Dlg.

This confirms that lookups are done using the post-substitution name.

Note that changing this setting under Windows requires a reboot or
recreation of the Window Session (which apparently a Terminal Services
disconnect/reconnect will accomplish)
