[1/2] wininet/tests: Temporize async HttpSendRequestEx test to avoid timeouts.

Hi,

This one is really nothing but, as noticed while running winetest on my
test platform, having one test to fail avoids making the all run to
timeout. It was also needed to validate the second patch on my Win2k
test box.
