[mshtml] Match IE8 implementation (Try2)

Hi,

(Try2 follows the IE8 logic instead of having an alternative result in 
the tests).

I added 2 tests. The first one has 2 valid parameters and 1 NULL 
parameter. The second test is to show that the NULL parameter is checked 
first.
