winebrowser: Fix unicode recognition

This converts the DDE-Callbackfunction to Unicode.
After days of winebrowser-hacking i turned it down to this clean code.
It uses the function IsTextUnicode instead of guessing.(IsTextUnicode is guessing too, but in a cleaner way)
