winemaker: port vcproj-parser from XML-Simple to libXML

libxml is a more common way for parsing xml-files in perl.
greatest enhencement: now it is possible to read all files of a vcproj-file, even if they are in deeper levels.
libxml also is better supported by the perl-community and its better readable
