[advapi32/tests] Add some ReadEventLogA tests

Hi,

This one won't be accompanied (yet) with an input parameter checking 
patch. I first want to have more tests in with respect to 
reading/writing events. Some of these next tests won't be parameter only 
tests but some more functional ones.
