[advapi32/tests] Fix a test failure on Vista+

Hi,

For some reason Vista+ had a different last error when this test was run 
from the users home directory (or any subdirectory). I didn't find 
anything to explain this last error. As it's a failure anyway I've just 
added another possible last error.

I also added some extra tests to show that it's just this one particular 
test that has a weird effect on Vista+.

As already explained on wine-devel, the currently failing test happily 
succeeds when run from any other directory.
