[PATCH 5] mciwave: Allow MCI to Save non-PCM formats, obtained via Open.

There's nothing in the testsuite to demonstrate this yet, because it
does not contain or generate non-PCM files.
But you can test the functionality interactively using my interactive
MCI shell (attached to bug 20232, comment 10 IIRC).

I tried rebasing it to follow more "urgent" or important patches, but soon
entered git-rebase conflict hell.  I'm slowly getting tired of git's
inconsistent CLI (e.g. within git-rebase --interactive edit, "split" commits
disappear unless ..., which is different behaviour from other situations with
git rebase /amend).
