crypt32(1/6): Add openssl.org's cert to the tested chains

This patch series adds a couple of interesting certificates to the
tests: openssl.org's, which is issued to *.openssl.org, and
cs.stanford.edu's, which allows both cs.stanford.edu and
www.cs.stanford.edu. My intent isn't to add a copy of every
certificate in common use--clearly intractable--but to add copies of
certificates that are interesting in some way.

In general I try to provide sufficient coverage with my synthetic test
cases, but in some cases I cannot, because the tests require that the
root of the chain is trusted. I can't automatically import a test
certificate into the test system's trusted root certificates, so using
real certificates, whose roots have some chance of being trusted,
seems like my only option.

Enough with the long descriptions, back to the patches.
