mciwave/tests: Fix a few tests incl. one hang on Win9X. #2

[that's what happens when trying out something else in a rush --
Removed the // line; tested again; still works in both configurations.]

if it's not too late for today's release, please integrate this
- works on w2k
- reduced via skip to 5 failures on w2k configured without sound.

If it's too late, drop it and I'll work on a larger one with more fixes.

(I'm not sure if skip too early is such a good idea, one can learn from
those sections that would otherwise be dropped; maybe skip in 2 weeks or
so to collect more data points until then (and >20 test failures
immediately rvealed the machines without sound :-)).
