crypt32/tests: Fix another test failure

I'm sorry for all the noise about this particular test.  I'm trying to
make the test pass on all systems, while remaining restrictive,
because one Windows behavior results in a vulnerability, while another
does not.  I'm trying to make sure the vulnerable path is marked with
broken, so it doesn't inadvertently creep into Wine and still pass the
tests.
