[setupapi/tests] Cleanup after SetupCopyOEMInf() tests

Hi,

Some Win98 tests were failing on a clean box but a second run would 
succeed. This was all due to some oemx.inf files lingering around.

Win98 is clearly broken() here but now the tests will also consistently 
fail. I will fix those failures ASAP but will wait till after this patch 
is applied to have people run it at least once or twice. We should see 
consistent failures on Win98 after those 2 runs.

There are some other failures on Win98/WinMe that only seems to happen 
when run through winetest. I hope to fix that one soon as well.
