[shell32/tests] Fix remaining failures on WinMe

Hi,

We have 2 WinMe systems, as can be seen on test.winehq.org, that still 
have a failure for this test. This is because the previous test 
iterations (before I changed the RemoveDirectoryW) didn't remove that 
directory with the unicode name. The failing boxes are most likely 
VMware sessions that are reset to a snapshot once the tests have finished.

I also forgot to change one file_existsW in my last patch.
