netapi32: Add stub for NetFileEnum() (try 2)

Changelog:
	netapi32: Add stub for NetFileEnum()

No need to stub NetFileGetInfo or NetFileClose since they can be called only 
if NetFileEnum returns something.

This time the function is included in share.c instead of a separate file.c
