[PATCH 14/14] mciwave: Remove superfluous fixme.

Hi,

The fixme is bogus, but mciSave could be even more compatible.

The MCI accepts OPEN NEW; SAVE foo.wav and creates a 44bytes .wav
file with empty data hunk! Length 0, but formally correct.
Wine does not. Does anybody care?
