1/2 winex11: add function for copying brushes

Hi,

This patch adds a function for copying brushes. When we support
dibsections in more depths the situation can occur in which the depth
of the brush bitmap  is not the same as the depth of the physdev. In
such cases we need xrender for performing depth conversion.
