2/2 winex11: add support for more dibsection depths

Hi,

This patch adds support for DIBSections in depths other than the
screen depth when XRender is around. Compared to the previous revision
I simplified X11DRV_XRender_GetDIBSectionDepth as it was a little bit
too complex and it is more clear now. The patch has been tested with
some 16-bit games (e.g. Tiberian Sun), Office 2007, some 32-bit
dibsections tests from Joel (he still needs to submit the final
version because they failed on AJ his system but all tests pass now
with this patch) and more apps.
