openal32: Watch for the generic device names, and map them to the default

Under Windows, the default Creative drivers expose these names, while the host 
may not. Apps made before the enumeration extension, and some improper ones 
made afterward, may assume these device names are valid. The hardware devices 
graciously fallback to software if acceleration is not available, so just map 
them to the host's default device.
