winex11: add support for 16-bit/32-bit DIBSections [attempt 4]

Hi,

This updated patch fixes two issues. First, the non-xrender case
lacked a return statement and wouldn't have worked. Second, I
simplified the xrender case by setting the depth / shifts / trueColor
by default and I'm only overriding these when a custom xrender format
is found.
