[PATCH] dmdls.h cplusplus workaround

Hi:  This change has been in our mingw-w64 for some time, although I
wonder if there can be a better way to work around this. In dmls.h,
struct _DMUS_REGION has "WLOOP WLOOP[1];",  but since WLOOP is a struct
typedef in dls1.h, it leads to a compiler error if __cplusplus. The
workaround patch is attached.
