Hi,
This patch fixes bug #23975.
Testbot fooled me into believing that
"open cdaudio must succeed even without CD-ROM drive"
However testbot machines have a CD-ROM. It's just empty.
Disabling the CD-ROM in the control panel of a native machine
yields MCIERR_CANNOT_LOAD_DRIVER. I assume this is
behaviourally equivalent to a machine without
CD-ROM at all (like I experience with the mciwave tests)
and adjusted the error code.
