update simplified Chinese translation: view

[cheer_xiao]

Hi,
It's been a while since I last diff my git repo with origin/HEAD, and
I noticed that the patch I originally committed for view contained an
empty comment, which got removed (probably by the robot). I wrote that
empty comment intending to remind later maintainers that the
translation is not precise enough; so I'm sending in a patch that
restores the comment, with a few words in it.
