urlmon: Added more IInternetProtocolEx tests.

This is a resend of the patch. Previous attempt was rejected due to
winetestbot failures. As strange as it sounds, these failures happen even
without the patch, but only if ran as an individual test on localized XP:

They don't appear on test.winehq.org.
