wineoss: Ignore failure to notify MIDI clients.

Hi,

Here's for OSS what my recent commit did for ALSA.

I still don't understand why the Ubuntu machine produces MIDI music with OSS set in winecfg.  There must be a mapper from OSS to ALSA somewhere in the system, and I'm not running aoss (it's not even installed AFAIK). Or both Timidity and FluidSynth implement an OSS sequencer next to their ALSA one.
