winmm: Fix incorrect memory useage (Valgind w/ MIDI tests).

Dan Kegel kindly sent me the latest Valgrind report.

Valgrind proved that lp->hThread is not yet set in the new thread,
causing the player not to start in paused mode, as SuspendThread
failed (silently).

Now it works, and I enabled one more test.
