[ddraw/tests] Fix a test failure on VMware and VirtualBox on W2K and below (Try2)

Hi,

(Try2 uses a better comment. The real issue is because the reference 
rasterizer is used. It just happens to be exposed on those mentioned 
platforms/configs).

Henri agrees that this looks like it's broken on these platforms and 
thus marked as such. I've used an explicit color value for the broken() 
statement.
