[Patch 5/5] winmm/tests: MIDIHDR tests.

Here's the proof ;)

if there's trouble with any of the previous MIDI patches, don't commit
this one. It would cause many test failures in Wine.

Tested on Wine in various configurations, on WTB and on some real boxes.

@Paul Vriens: I've no yet added a broken(rc==INVALIDPARAM) for
GetVolume. So far only your one XP soundcard reports this.  I want
to collect more data on test.winehq before adding any broken()ness.

midi.c:203: * Creative SoundFont Synth: manufacturer=1, product=102, tech=6, support=3: 32 voices, 32 notes
midi.c:217: Test failed: midiOutGetVolume rc=MMSYSERR_INVALPARAM
"support=3" means CAPS_[LR+]VOLUME -- it should work.
