mmdevapi: Implement a stub of MMDevice, try 4

I've reworked the patch so that a device no longer keeps open registry 
keys, except MMDevices\Audio\{Capture,Render} . An allocated IMMDevice 
stays around till IMMDeviceEnumerator gets destroyed, since devices are 
never destroyed, but the state of the device can change, from ACTIVE to 
NOTPRESENT for example.
