[shell32/tests 1/3] Fix FO_RENAME tests for old shell32

Hi,

Old shell32.dll (4.0.x) on Win95 behaves yet different again. It's not 
worth changing a lot of code for this. This patch adds a detection for 
the old shell32.dll, makes use of it where possible and tries to be not 
too intrusive.
