hhctrl.ocx: Fix a NULL dereference mistake in the Contents tab.

    In the addition of the Index tab code I introduced a superfluous
line to the Content tab code that can result in a NULL dereference.
The attached patch removes the offending line and adds a check to make
sure that a help file is found before attempting to navigate to it.
