[1\4]wined3d: Extend IWineD3D_GetAdapterDisplayMode with an extra paramater to pass back some extra adapter info.

This is needed to implement GetAdapterDisplayModeEx.

 I've added an extra structure to fill it with the D3DSCANLINEORDERING and  D3DDISPLAYROTATION info
