[PATCH 1/1] d3dx9: Complete test for D3DXCreateSphere. (try 6)

I have attempted my best to address the comments here:

Specifically, I have split all lines that are significantly longer than 100 characters.

Additionally, I have removed all comments which, to my understanding, are obvious.

I have left comments that, to my best understanding, I believe are not obvious.

Perhaps these are obvious to everyone else, but they are certainly not obvious to me.

In any case, I really hope we can get past this one patch so that I can contribute to Wine again.
