imaadp32: Refine size checks.

Hi,

I have a similar one about MS-ADPCM that I'm not going to submit
because I'm not sure about the other case.
So here's a fix for IMAADPCM only.

IMAADPCM is much simpler than MS-ADPCM because of the fixed
WAVE_FORMAT_* structure size, whereas MSADPCM is variable size:
Wine uses 7 coefficients, but I'm not sure other files may use
a different set of coefficients with MSADPCM.
