[1/2] urlmon/tests: Added tests for IUri_GetPropertyBSTR

Added tests for the IUri_GetPropertBSTR function along with an initial set
of test data for it.

Also added a dependency for the urlmon/tests to oleaut32 so the tests can
use the SysFreeString function.

Tested on:
WinXP, Vista, Win7
