winecoreaudio: OSStatus is not necessarily a FOURCC.

Hi,

This fixes the string from midi.ok mentioned in bug #21589
err:wave:AudioUnit_GetVolume
  AudioUnitGetParameter return an error "\xff\xff\xd5\x8e"
Now it will print a signed integer instead:
-10866 aka. kAudioUnitErr_InvalidScope

As to whether that function should stay "inline", I don't know.
