[atl/tests] Skip tests on old versions of atl.dll

Hi,

Older versions of atl don't support binary values. Jacek already 
mentioned that it's probably better to skip these tests altogether 
instead of trying to cope with the old version as well.

Includes a fix for the failure spotted by Gerald Pfeifer. Also added a 
missing Heapfree and fixed 2 typos. Not sure if these should be all 
splitted (let me know and I will split).
