[PATCH 1/2] winealsa.drv: Only set micelem as master if there are no other elems on this card.

This is useful to fix some crashes since micelem acts as a stand-in
for mastelem. If there are other elements, we do not want to take the
micelem code path. We only want to take micelem for cards like
snd-usb-audio mics, that simply have a "Mic" control and that's it.
