winmm/tests: Fix one mcicda test failure on VMware.

Hi,

Initially I wanted to fix all failures in one patch, but I'll be patient.

- resume without play: 0=NOERROR (vmware/pv) may still happen - is this vmware only?
- mci open deviceID 2: added trace of device/alias name.  Presumably
  the media player uses the MCI for playing the CD in Win9X.
+ set audio/video: separated, as set audio appears not to be a no-op.
