ws2_32: Fail when select is called with an invalid fd. (try 3)

This time I'm calling release_poll_fds. I think this will prevent leaking of fd's, but it does test the exceptfds for errors (harmless but unnecessary afaict). I don't know if duplicating the code is better, so I default to the easy choice.

Eventually, I have to get this right by trial and error.
