[PATCH 1/6] winmm: Replace one HeapAlloc with stack allocation.

Well, I now also prefer the split version.
Alas, all of this only fixes the trivial issues or adds minor enhancements,
i.e. it's sort of ground work. The design issues still need to be adresssed.
