net: Convert to Unicode. (take 3 resent)

Also use WriteConsoleW() instead of the native printf()/fputs() 
functions, which fixes the output of localized strings.

Same as take 3, but sent as an attachement so it does not get mangled 
(with thanks to Octavian Voicu).

I know I have to send po patches as attachements if I don't want them to 
be mangled. But with the po parts being 'secondary' in this patch it
