[PATCH 1/2] winealsa.drv: Tell ALSA to play silence during underruns

I believe that this patch in combination with the
handle_underruns=1 alsa-plugins configuration setting fixes
the PulseAudio sudden dropout bug. Plus, playing silence
instead of garbage during underruns makes sense anyway.

Worth noting that there are two patches, one to PulseAudio and the other
to alsa-plugins, which also seem to fix the issue. However, since they
are probably a long time coming, it's nice to get this fix in for
today's users. See LaunchPad Ubuntu bug 805940.
