[PATCH 2/2] ddraw: Do not create implicit depth buffer. (try 2)

Part of fix for Arcanum's hang on exit.
Try 2: Return in device_parent_create_rendertarget changed.
AutoDepthStencilFormatt is set to WINED3DFMT_UNKNOWN.
