crypt32(4/3): Don't assign a count value unless memory allocation succeeds (clang)

Sorry, just inspected and fixed one more.

As far as I know, this is the last important fix in crypt32 identified
by clang.  The remainders are either false positives, harmless, or
things like unchecked return values in the tests, i.e. probably
harmless, though it can't hurt to fix them.
